No. Technically, the person whose name is on the account is the only owner. That person can take his/her iLok with them to ANY computer and use Pro Tools. They could also use iLok cloud on any computer to authorize Pro Tools.

With the new iLok License Manager, it's easy! All you need to do is plug both iLoks into your computer, then just drag the licenses from your old iLok to your new iLok. Make sure you wait for your computer to complete the transfer before quitting the License Manager or removing your iLoks.
