When you use a larger battery, your car's electrical systems don't automatically start pulling more current simply because it's available. The current draw will remain the same. Because of this, a larger battery will not deplete faster than it's smaller counterpart.

Both batteries can supply 60 amperes, but the higher capacity battery will take a longer time to get completely drained. So, higher AH means longer runtime, but not necessarily more power. A higher Ah battery will last longer than a lower Ah battery.
A 5Ah battery will power a 250mA load for 20 hours.. The 7.5Ah battery will power a 250mA load for around 31 hours. All batteries are rated at the 20 hour rate. Because you are discharging the larger battery by less than the C/20 rate, you would expect to get more Ah out of it (Peukerts Law).
Manufacturers precisely match their batteries to the vehicle's power requirements. An oversized battery could cause your alternator to overheat and wear out sooner. Using an undersized battery in your car could lead to starting problems.
What kills battery the most?
Avoid situations where your phone can overheat, especially when your battery is fully charged. Your battery drains much faster when it's hot, even when not in use. This kind of drain can damage your battery. You don't need to teach your phone the battery's capacity by going from full charge to zero, or zero to full.
