How do I accept all errors in word?

It is due to the content being protected in the . docx file. If you highlight the item (either text or cell) that the comment was made on, right click, there should be an option to stop protecting the content (I forget the exact phrasing). When you remove that protection, the comment can then be deleted normally.
Turning spell check on and off in Word
If spell check is turned on, Word marks misspelled words with a wavy red line and flags grammatical errors with a wavy blue line. This way, you can quickly correct misspelled words. However, these highlighted errors can be distracting when you're writing.

If you click Ignore, then Word simply ignores this one instance of the misspelled word. If you click Ignore All, it is the same as clicking Ignore, except that Word ignores all words spelled the same way in the document.
What happens when the "ignore all" option is chosen from the spelling menu? The selected word is considered a valid spelling in the document. What happens when the "add to dictionary" option is chosen from the spelling menu? The selected word is added to the office dictionary.
Here's how. Click File > Options > Proofing, clear the Check spelling as you type box, and click OK. To turn spell check back on, repeat the process and select the Check spelling as you type box.
Why is Word underlining everything in red?
